Email providers decide where your messages land based partly on how your domain behaves. Lots of bounces, spam complaints or sudden bursts of sending can push all your email, not just your outreach, towards the spam folder. Six protections, built in

• Pauses itself if emails start bouncing. Automatic safety brakes stop outreach if too many emails bounce or anyone reports spam.
• Never emails the same person twice. If one director runs five companies, they hear from you once, not five times.
• One-click unsubscribe, honoured instantly. It's in every email. People who opt out or complain are never emailed again.
• Checks an address can receive mail first. Before anything is sent, Pucky confirms the inbox exists, so fewer emails bounce.
• Gradual sending that looks human. Emails go out in a steady drip, and each day's volume varies slightly, so your outreach looks like a person, not a machine.
• Your own private, separate database. Every customer business gets its own. Your leads and conversations are never mixed with anyone else's.

Why these protections matter

Each protection targets a specific way outreach goes wrong. Bounces tell email providers you're writing to addresses that don't exist, which is what spammers do, so Pucky checks addresses first and stops if bounces rise anyway. Spam reports are the strongest negative signal of all, so a single complaint means that person is never contacted again. Sudden spikes in volume look automated, so sending is spread through the day and varies from day to day. Writing to the same person repeatedly is annoying and risky, so Pucky never does it.

Careful by default

Beyond the safety brakes, Pucky behaves the way a careful sender would:

• One company per website domain in each batch, and never the same business twice.
• Sending in business hours only, when people are at their desks.
• Slow warm-up for new accounts, so volume builds gradually.
• Junk addresses filtered out, such as no-reply addresses and ones that belong to someone else.

A dashboard for your sender health

On the Enterprise plan, a sender reputation dashboard shows how your email domain is doing, including bounces, spam reports and whether the safety brake is armed.
